Merino Wool Knitted Half Mitts

35.00

Super-cute fingerless gloves, made by Dinadi in Nepal. One size fits almost all. Comes in a beautiful, sturdy box (made with sustainable Lokta paper) just waiting to be used again and again!

Dinadi says: Each of our products is crafted by hand with the utmost attention given to quality. We have chosen to use merino wool because of its durability and luxurious softness. We love the environmental and functional advantages of merino wool and think you will too. Each piece is accented with a genuine leather tag embossed with our Dinadi logo.

We use local handmade Lokta paper for our tags and packaging. Lokta paper is one of the most environmentally sustainable papers. It is made from the bark of a fast-growing bush that grows in areas of the Himalayas not suitable for farming. Lokta paper is handmade and sundried and no machines are used in the process.

Rather than working in a factory each piece we make is crafted in our artisans' homes. This gives maximum flexibility for our employees to stay at home to be with their small children, care for family members in need, or work their way through college. On each product label, you will see the signature of the artisan who has proudly crafted your piece.
